Push notifications and signed-in devices

Choose which Rebill mobile app notifications you get, hide client names on your lock screen, and sign phones and tablets out from Settings.

Last updated

The Rebill mobile app is in an invite-only beta. If you use it, you control its push notifications and the phones and tablets signed in to your account from the web app, in Settings > Account.

Choosing your push notifications

  1. 1

Go to Settings > Account > Push notifications

Click Account under Settings in the sidebar, then click Push notifications in the section rail.
  2. 2

    Pick the events you want

Each switch turns one notification on or off. All of them start on:
    • Payments received
    • Quotes accepted
    • Quotes declined
    • Invoices that could not be sent
  3. 3

Decide whether to show client names

Switch off Show client names if you would rather not have client names on your lock screen. Notifications then show amounts and document numbers only.

Note

These choices are yours alone: each team member sets their own notifications.

Signing out a phone or tablet

The Signed-in devices card in Settings > Account lists every phone and tablet signed in to the Rebill app, with when it was last active and its app version. The device you are using is marked This device. If a phone is lost or replaced, click Sign out next to it and confirm with Sign out device. That device has to sign in again before it can open your account.
