Once your quote is ready, you can email it to your client. They'll get a link to view the quote online where they can accept or decline it. No login required on their end.
- 1
Open the quote
Go to Quotes and click on the draft quote.
- 2
Click "Email quote"
Click the primary "Email quote" button, then click "Send Quote" in the confirmation dialog. The quote moves from Draft to Sent.
Sending by WhatsApp
If the client has a phone number, an Email and WhatsApp button appears next to Email quote (just WhatsApp when the client has no email address). It sends the quote by email and as a WhatsApp message with a link to the quote, and uses one WhatsApp credit. It needs a Premium plan or WhatsApp credits; see WhatsApp credits.
To include the quote PDF, switch on Attach PDF to client emails for email and Show the PDF in WhatsApp messages for WhatsApp, both in Settings > Documents > Document options.
