Quotes often need a nudge before a client responds. Rebill lets you set a follow-up date on each quote and gives you a dedicated page to see everything that needs attention today.
- 1
Set a follow-up date
Open a quote and find the Follow-up Date field. Pick the date you want to be reminded to check back with the client. Save the quote to confirm.
- 2
View all pending follow-ups
Go to Quotes and open the Follow-ups tab. This page lists every quote that has a follow-up date, sorted by date so the most urgent ones appear first.
- 3
Record an internal note
On the quote, use the Internal Notes field to record what happened when you followed up: who you spoke to, what they said, or what the next step is. Internal notes are never shown to the client.
Last followed up
The follow-ups page shows a Last Followed Up column so you can see at a glance which clients you have already contacted and which are still waiting for a first response.
Tip
Once a client has responded and the quote is accepted or declined, you can clear the follow-up date so the quote drops off the follow-ups list.
