Rebill offers two plans: a free plan for individuals and small businesses just getting started, and a Premium plan that unlocks automation and team features.
What the Free plan includes
The free plan gives you everything you need to start invoicing:
- Up to 10 invoices per calendar month
- Up to 5 quotes per calendar month
- Up to 5 clients
- Up to 4 catalogue items
- Up to 20 expenses per calendar month
- 1 user account
- Email delivery, PDF download and printing
- Client statements and the client portal
- Revenue, outstanding, payments, client revenue, expense, profit & loss and summary reports
- Purchase orders, bank statement import and invoice history import
- The Standard invoice template, with a small "Powered by Rebill" line on your documents
The monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month. When you reach one, Rebill tells you which limit you have reached and offers an upgrade. Nothing you have already created is removed.
What Premium adds
Premium (R99/month) removes the limits and unlocks automation and branding:
- Unlimited invoices, quotes, clients, catalogue items and expenses
- Up to 5 user accounts: invite team members so staff can work alongside you. You count as one of the five.
- Recurring invoices and client items: bill repeat clients automatically on a schedule
- Automation: automatic invoice reminders, late fees, invoice scheduling, quote auto-convert and delivery timing
- Online payments: connect Paystack, Yoco, PayFast or iKhokha so clients can pay from the invoice
- WhatsApp delivery: 20 free WhatsApp credits each month, with more available in bundles
- VAT: VAT number, VAT calculations, TAX INVOICE titles, VAT-inclusive prices and the VAT report. South African accounts also get the tax set-aside report.
- Branding: all eight invoice templates, email styles, your brand colour, and no "Powered by Rebill" line
- Multi-currency invoicing and expenses
- Recurring expenses and file attachments on catalogue items
- Developer tools: API key and outbound webhooks
- Your own mail server: send client emails from your own address
Tip
You can upgrade to Premium at any time from Settings > Account > Plan and billing. There's no lock-in. You can cancel whenever you like.
