The Rebill client portal is a private, password-optional web page unique to each client. It gives clients instant access to all their invoices, quotes, and a running account statement — without requiring them to create an account or log in. You share a single link; they see everything.
The client portal is a private page that belongs to a single client. It shows:
- Invoices - all invoices with their status (outstanding, paid, etc.) and a link to view or pay each one
- Quotes - active quotes the client can view and respond to; a "Show all" toggle reveals older quotes
- Statement - a running account statement showing all invoices, payments, and the current balance
No login required
Clients do not need an account or password to use the portal. The unique URL is the only thing they need. If you want extra security, you can optionally set a password.
